The facilitators will ask a series of questions like "what are our most pressing issues as an organization?", "what are we doing well that we should keep doing?", "what resources do we need?". For each question, everyone writes down as many responses as they want on their sticky notes, and we then stick them to the wall together under each question. Then after the break, we'll take 10 or 15 of the tiny colored stickers, and then everyone "votes" putting those tiny stickers on the sticky notes that we agree with/think are most important. Then we will talk about those things that got a lot of votes, and use them to guide other discussions and sessions during the weekend.Some of what comes from this session will inform our conference agenda in 2022. |

General ideas for the meeting[edit]
- Overall acknowledging what we have all been through in the last year and a half, and that we want more than the status quo (including events, field trips, more).
- Hands on or creative workshops and activities, time for socializing
- Schedule flexibility- like people welcomed and encouraged to take the breaks they need to take whenever.
- Accessibility: live captions/subtitles, every speaker using a microphone, built in quiet time.
- No peanuts! Someone has an allergy!
