1 pm: Meet in front of the hotel Optional group fun: We will do a Philly bookstore crawl with potential thrift/vintage stops and food
Starting at 3 pm Best Western Hotel checkin (rooms may be ready sooner)

Starting at 9:15 am Breakfast and adding small group discussion ideas Coffee, pastries, and fruit (including vegan and GF options, and allergy labeling)
9:45 - 11 am Introductions, icebreaker, create community agreements, review agenda, small group discussion planning
11 am - 12 pm Digital security review, deeper dive, more threat modeling, and body doubling time.
12 - 1:15 pm Lunch out in the world
1:15 - 3:30 Privacy and critical tech instruction - teaching methods, program design (or join a small group)
3:30 - 4 Day one wrap-up
4 - 5:30 pm Free time
5:30 - 7:30 pm Group dinner at Dim Sum Garden, 1020 Race Street (upstairs)
