1:15 - 3:30	Privacy and critical tech instruction - teaching methods, program design (or join a small group)

Project management and persuasion tactics to help convince organizational stake holders
How to strategically talk to admin/decision makers about what we are learning to influence critical thinking with AI and tech
Maybe planning/assessing - based on the institutions/libraries/settings we're each in - of planning programs or share-outs re: what we've learned from LFI to patrons and staff? Like some concrete ideating, including maybe working together on things? (e.g. I wonder if some of the other teen library workers want to brainstorm together for youth services specific stuff..!?)
It would be interesting to talk with this group about not just information-sharing but also secure/analog connection-building (i.e. circling back to the history of the internet conversation and vulnerability and community-building online) in-person discussions give us an opportunity to be more politically activated and mindful.
any hands-on activities/ games/role play exercises/zinemaking workshops could be cool too! Limited on time I know!
