4- 5 pm Whatever you want; the hotel is very close to the dinner location so you don't need to budget a lot of walking time

1 pm - 2 pm Unscheduled time: ideas for unscheduled time are on paper pads
2 - 3 pm Sheraton meeting room Current surveillance landscape, and tools, strategies, and teaching in this environment
3 pm and on Somewhere else We have the meeting space until 3 or 4 pm, so if you're going to be around after that and want to do something together, we can plan some ideas

General ideas for the meeting

  • Overall acknowledging what we have all been through in the last year and a half, and that we want more than the status quo (including events, field trips, more).
  • Hands on or creative workshops and activities, time for socializing
  • Schedule flexibility- like people welcomed and encouraged to take the breaks they need to take whenever.
  • Accessibility: live captions/subtitles, every speaker using a microphone, built in quiet time.
  • No peanuts! Someone has an allergy!
